Lake Yamanaka is the largest lake and the closest to Mt. Fuji among the Fuji Five Lakes.
It is also famous as the sacred place of “Diamond Fuji,” and since there are no mountains blocking the view of Mt. Fuji,
you can see the majestic figure of Mt. Fuji all the way to its base!
If you’re lucky, you may even be able to see swans up close while kayaking.
